IT Analyst
Heather Valli (she/her) is an IT Analyst and a member of the Learning Tools Team, where she helps pilot new technology and supports current tools, such as Zendesk, Zapier, and Canvas. A former website developer, eLearning administrator, and college instructor, Heather finds working in Learning Innovation an enjoyable way to engage many of her skill sets. Her interests include the environment, memes, transformative media, history, and English literature. Heather has a BA and an MA in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
