Xinzhu (she/her) is a Teaching Consultant who works with faculty from STEM departments at Duke. She has expertise in instructional design, course evaluation, technical-enhanced learning tools, and STEM education. She aims to help improve teaching and learning through learning science principles and evidence-based approaches.

Background
Xinzhu has a B.S. in Educational Technology from Beijing Normal University and an M.S. in Educational Technology and Applied Learning Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to her work at Learning Innovation, Xinzhu worked as a curriculum designer, during which she designed, developed and taught Scratch programming courses to young children.
