How this video was made

For the one-on-one video interview, the instructor prepared a list of questions to ask the interviewee in advance. The interview was filmed in a studio, in this case with a green screen background. Both the instructor and interviewee wore lavaliere microphones to ensure good audio quality. After filming, footage from the camera was edited with images and graphics to create a final video.

Do it Yourself

You can DIY an in-person interview using the video app on your smartphone or by checking out equipment from The Link. We highly encourage you borrow or purchase an external microphone, since audio recorded on a phone or video camera tends to be poor quality.
