Learning Management System Lead
Marty is a part of the Learning Technology Services (LTS) team in Learning Innovation that oversees and administers Sakai; the main learning management (LMS) system at Duke. In addition he participates in the open-source Sakai community in troubleshooting, designing and moving the Sakai project forward.

Background
Before joining Duke’s Learning Innovation team, Marty was an LMS administrator and Student Evaluations of Teaching Effectiveness (SETE) project lead at San Francisco State University. He received his B.A. in Multimedia from California State University, Northridge.
