Duke Learning Innovation seeks undergraduate student interns with interest in digital education and the future of learning to help with various projects in the areas of communications and marketing during the Spring 2019 academic term.

Interns will work in one or more of the following areas:

Communications

  • Contribute to communications campaigns and assist with strategies, timelines, content and distribution channels.
  • Write, post and manage content for Learning Innovation’s social media channels.
  • Edit and update websites. Manage and monitor SEO and prepare analytics reports.
  • Assist with planning and running events.

Market Research

  • Assist on internal market research projects that will inform new online educational programs for Duke’s schools and units
  • Collaborate on creative content marketing strategies for new online educational programs
  • Gather information, analyze data sets and distill information for presentations and written reports to Duke stakeholders

Interns will learn and use a range of learning technologies. They will be responsible members of the staff who organize and keep their own appointments, follow up on action items and contribute to the team culture.
