Learning Experience Designer
Maria (she/her) is a learning experience designer who works with faculty to design and produce quality online learning experiences. She primarily liaisons with the Divinity School, but enjoys working on a disparate range of courses. Maria is fascinated by the perennial problems of making learning fun, engaging, and accessible. Over the next few years, she hopes to sharpen her mastery of pedagogy, UX and persuasive design.

Background
Prior to working at DLI, Maria taught sixth grade and then worked as an instructional designer and LMS administrator at the Project Management Institute. Maria received her B.A. in American History and her M.A. in Theology at the University of Notre Dame. Outside of work, Maria enjoys sports, gardening, camping and trivia nights.
