DE SIG @Duke: Idea Exchange on Online and Academic Innovations

DE SIG @Duke will host a lunch discussion and idea exchange on Oct. 24, 2017 to discuss topics ranging from new online program development to innovations at Duke Law. Join us as we welcome (in alphabetical order)

  • Jamye Abram, M.Ed., Instructional Technology Coordinator, Educational Innovation and Outreach, Duke Talent Identification Program, showcases online programs for gifted middle and high school students and online experiential learning opportunities available through Duke TIP;
  • Lok Chan, Ph.D. candidate in Philosophy and CIT online apprentice and Bass Instructional Fellow, shares online collaboration tools for innovative teaching;
  • Sterling Lyon, M.Ed., Educational Technology Specialist, Doctor of Physical Therapy program will discuss new online program development in continuing education;
  • Katherine McDaniel, Ph.D, Duke Graduate Medical Education provides a program overview and ideas for new opportunities in program development;
  • Rochelle Newton, Ed.D, Senior Manager for Systems and User Services will share innovations at Duke Law
