Meet Faculty Colleagues at the CIT’s New Active Learning Roundtable

The CIT’s Active Learning Roundtable is an ongoing opportunity for Duke faculty to meet and share ideas.  Every three weeks, faculty from around the university are invited to bring ideas and examples of what works in their classroom.  We will focus on a range of topics including brief activities such as think-pair-share and minute papers; activities that span an entire class session, such as debates or presentations; and redesigning an existing course or creating a new one.  Attendees will suggest topics and direct upcoming meetings.

Join us Friday, October 17th from 2:00 to 3:00 for the first meeting of this new group.  The Active Learning Roundtable is held every three weeks – register here.
