Dr. Len White (Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies in Neuroscience, and Director of Education, Duke Institute for Brain Sciences) is using Twitter to engage students and build community in Duke’s new interdisciplinary Neuroscience Undergraduate Major. He will include other faculty also tweeting as NeuroscienceNow to announce upcoming departmental events, news in Neuroscience and departmental research. Dr. White is involved in leveraging technology to help students learn and engage students. He talked about using mobile devices at the CIT showcase last year to a packed room.
